Service Coordinator for Automation Projects at Migatronic Automation
Would you like to ensure the smooth and consistent operation of advanced automation systems? Migatronic Automation in Aabybro is seeking an experienced and dedicated service coordinator to manage all aspects of service activities within our Migatronic automation projects.
As a service coordinator, you will become a valuable part of our team, where professionalism and commitment characterize the work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities from project handover to operation, focusing on delivering efficient service and support to our customers.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a solid technical background with specialization in project work, as well as experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of complex technical systems.
- You value collaboration highly and are able to work closely with multiple departments.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment and are capable of maintaining an overview in complex situations.
- Experience in drafting service agreements to ensure customer satisfaction is an advantage.
- There is a high degree of customer contact in this position, so it is important that you have experience with commercial communication.
- Experience: Between 5 and 10 years of experience in project work and service coordination.
YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Effective coordination of all service activities from project handover to operation.
- Clarifying customer needs to ensure they are met timely and efficiently.
- Ensuring smooth and consistent operation of our automation solutions.
- Drafting service agreements that meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Supporting the sales department during the proposal phase.
- Managing multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
