At Migatronic Automation, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious senior project manager for our team in Aabybro. In addition to managing your own projects, you will be responsible for 2-3 project managers, contributing to their professional and personal development.
About the Position As a senior project manager, you will balance two areas of responsibility: driving complex projects from start to finish and serving as a mentor and leader for our project management team. Your role will be central in ensuring that both projects and employees reach their full potential.
Your Tasks Will Include:
- Management of your own projects, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Development and leadership of 2-3 project managers, including conducting 1:1 meetings and supporting their projects.
- Overall coordination of resource planning and prioritization across projects.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality targets.
- Preparation of requirement specifications and close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and suppliers.
Your Profile We are looking for an experienced leader and project manager who is passionate about both technology and people.
We Envision That You Have:
- A relevant technical education such as automation technician, marine engineer, electrical engineer, or similar.
- Solid experience in project management, preferably within automation or machine safety.
- Experience with personnel management or team responsibility is a clear advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English – German is a plus.
- A structured and results-oriented approach to work tasks.
- The ability to inspire and motivate teams to reach their goals.
